Contento Canines is owned and operated in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, by husband-and-wife duo, Christian and Katelyn. We are proud parents to two toddlers, and two fur children, our English Cocker Spaniel's, Charlie and Louie.

We offer specialised in-home dog training services and behaviour assessments including, puppy classes, walking and breed consultations. We are also happy to conduct our services at a mutual meeting place, or can organise video/phone calls for those who are a little further out from our location.

We believe that not all dogs are born the same. They each have their own unique traits and mannerisms, and therefore require their own unique and specialized training. That’s where we come in!

Whether it’s for basic manners or more complex behavioural issues, we are focused on not only training your dog, but teaching you, the owner, how to communicate confidently and effectively. • We like to keep things simple and easy to understand. There’s no fancy tricks or lingo. Our style of training is for what we believe, suits the everyday dog owner, just like us, who simply wants to build a loving and fulfilling relationship with their dog and be a joy to have around!

• Our focus is making the process as easy and as enjoyable as possible. The goal is to always empower you as the owner, and to give you the confidence to really push through the process no matter the challenges you may face.

• We have extensive and in-depth knowledge in canine behaviour and psychology, which is certified through the Will Atherton Training Academy. We strive to continue to learn and keep up to date with the latest research and modern training techniques, in the hope to better our own understanding and knowledge, in turn, helping you and your canine companions. The learning never stops!

• Our passion and love for dogs will always be evident through our communication and training style, this is what we love to do!

• You have us for life! We know that as your dog grows, circumstances may change, which may bring on new challenges. Once you entrust in our services, we will give you lifetime support for any questions you may have.
